Founded by Eric Cloutier, EMC Group is a Southern California based Hospitality Management company emerging from 20 + years of experience in the upscale nightlife, bar, lounge and restaurant industries.

After years of growth and a multi-generational clientele base, the next step in the evolution is to extend our brand’s depth. Through our centrally located properties, EMC Group has perfected event marketing, operations, and production.
EMC Group currently owns, operates, and manages The Reserve, The Catwalk, The Manhattan, in the DTLA area and is looking to expand their nightlife and restaurant portfolio.

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Eric came to America in 1996 after signing a contract with the NHL’s Boston Bruins. After a series of injuries, Eric was sidelined from the NHL and spent four years playing for various minor league teams. Not content with his career in hockey, Eric decided to leave professional hockey and go into the hospitality industry opening several successful establishments ranging from lounges,
nightclubs, restaurants, and entertainment venues over the past 20 years.
His most recent success has been the 2015 opening of The Reserve in DTLA, with $4,000,000 gross in 2019 before COVID-19 closed the doors for 13 months. With the reopening in April 2021, Reserve is projected to mark $6,000,000 in gross revenue at a 40% profit margin.

Raised in Denver, Colorado, Ashton moved to Los Angeles in 2015 to excel her career in hospitality. With over 13 years of experience in entertainment, dining, nightlife, hotel, hospitality, and non-profit organizations she has successfully built and maintained strategic alliances that has led to her success at a variety of high-end establishments in the Denver and Los Angeles markets. She is a highly innovative, top rated sales performer acknowledged for successfully developing strategic marketing campaigns to meet and exceed financial goals. Professionally credited with enhancing company image through targeted public relations strategy, brand development, event curation, and creating superior customer experiences. She has worked with national and international brands on a variety of multi-million-dollar consumer facing events, high-profile film sets, private A-List parties, and luxury weddings.

Coming from a family owned restaurant, Santiago has been in the hospitality industry since early childhood working in all positions including operations management. His passion for hospitality has led him to 12 years dedicated to opening various restaurants and curating chef driven menus and craft cocktails. With his success and experience, Santiago brings a focus to teamwork and excellence in all areas of food, beverage, and operations.

Raised between Arizona & Northern California, Alexis moved to Los Angeles in 2013 after earning his Communications Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona to work in Public Relations. He entered the world of Fashion to explore his passion for PR & Marketing. In addition to his primary job functions, he was recognized by major LA/NY Event & Marketing Agencies as fast and detail oriented for his commitment over NYFW.  Driven by his social personality and extraordinary commitment he managed to build a large list of Brand contacts which 
led him to major social media marketing campaigns that helped brands attract visitors, convert leads, and close sales. While working in the industry Alexis fell in love with Interior Design and was accepted at UCLA where he is currently studying. He plans to combine both his interior design skills for commercial spaces with his Event/Marketing skills to make a positive impact for his clients. With an eye for design and extensive experience in style he plans to offer a balance of creativity, collaboration and forward thinking with a structured, organized and detailed mentality. This enables him to deliver focused development and follow through with total completion to each aspect of the design.
